SEOUL -- South Korea confirmed its first case of monkeypox infection on Wednesday out of the two suspected cases.

PHNOM PENH -- The defense ministers of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) vowed on Wednesday to strengthen the bloc's centrality, unity and rules-based order for the benefit of the people in the region, said a joint declaration.
